These terms apply when you browse Web Tools List or submit a tool. If you do not agree, do not submit or pay.

The service

Web Tools List publishes short listings of online tools in eight categories. A listing is a place on this website. It is not an endorsement, a partnership, or a promise of visitors.

What you may submit

The tool must run in a browser, do one clear job, and fit Generators, Makers, Converters, Editors, Calculators, Checkers, Templates, or Builders. If it does not fit a category, do not submit.

We decline, among other things:

We can refuse or remove a listing at any time for those reasons.

Free and Priority

A Standard listing is free. We review it when we can. We may ask for a link back to webtoolslist.com, or we may point to your site with a nofollow link.

A Priority listing costs a one-time fee of 19 US dollars. Payment is collected by Waffo Pancake as merchant of record. The fee covers listing and review speed. It does not buy search-engine rank, a traffic guarantee, or a specific link attribute beyond what this page describes.

Refunds

If we decline a listing, a Priority payment is refunded. If the listing is published, the payment is not refunded. If a published listing later breaks or changes into something we do not list, we may unpublish it without a refund.

Your content

You confirm you can speak for the tool you submit and that the text is accurate. You give us a non-exclusive right to show that name, sentence, and logo on Web Tools List.

The site itself

The directory is provided as it is. We do not warrant that a linked tool is safe or that this site will always be available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that comes from using a listed tool or from a listing being added or removed.
