Who is responsible

The operator of webtoolslist.com is the controller for personal data collected through this website. Write to hello@webtoolslist.com.

What we collect

When you submit a tool we store:

If you pay for Priority, the payment company (Waffo Pancake, acting as merchant of record) collects card or wallet details on its own checkout. We receive a payment status, an order reference, and the email used at checkout. We do not see full card numbers.

The server and host may keep standard request logs (IP address, browser type, time) for security and uptime. We do not run advertising pixels on browse pages today. If a usage analytics tool is added later, its name will be listed here before it is turned on.

Cookies

A cookie named wtl_admin is set only when someone signs in to the private admin page. Public visitors do not need an account cookie to browse or submit. The payment company may set its own cookies on the checkout page, under its policy.

Why we use this data

Submission fields exist so we can review the tool and email you if it goes live or is declined. Payment records exist so we can match a Priority fee to a listing and process a refund if we decline it. Logs exist to keep the site working and to investigate abuse.

How long we keep it

Live listing text stays as long as the tool is on the site. Declined submissions and their emails are kept only as long as needed to answer a follow-up or a payment dispute, then removed from the queue. You can ask us to delete a pending submission email.

Who else sees it

Hosting and, when you pay, Waffo. We do not sell emails or listing forms. We do not share them for advertising. We may disclose data if the law requires it.

Your requests

Email hello@webtoolslist.com to see, correct, or delete the submission data we hold about you. We may need the URL and the address you used so we can find the row.

Listings and refunds are described in the Terms.
